Tip #79: When feeling like you’re having a panic attack, do 15-star-jumps.
The why: Wow, this seems like a bit of an odd tip doesn’t it?
Well, yes. Yes, it certainly is. But it works.
When you’re having a panic attack, your body is in flight mode, meaning that your veins are coursing with adrenaline with no outlet.
This then causes the awful physical symptoms that we usually associate with anxiety; shortness of breath, heart palpitations, headaches etc.
Doing 15-star-jumps gives your body an outlet for all those chemicals frolicking around your body causing havoc.
Better out than in as they say!
This may look a little strange in public, but believe me, it will work.
Put that adrenaline to work, and reach for the stars!
